Sandy Hoffman first immersed herself in the Real estate industry as a real estate investor over
30 years ago; the last 22 years as a top producing Broker in Austin, Houston , and the Texas Hill
Country. She also spent time in the title industry as a sales executive building networks of real
estate professionals, mortgage and loan, as well as banking and builder contacts. As a long -
time real estate professional, she knows the industry inside and out and mentors’ new agents
on how to successfully launch their businesses.
Prior to becoming a Realtor/Broker, Sandy worked in the high-tech software/hardware
industry, building sales, marketing, and customer support organizations for company such as
Dell Computers, Pervasive, Tech Works, IBM, Vignette, Hire.com and Home Away and Offerpad
to name a few. Her experience and extensive training ensure you a professional, high touch,
client- centric experience.
A winner of multiple professional real estate awards, Sandy has facilitated numerous preowned
home transactions, and has worked extensively with new construction projects, commercial
developments, luxury homes, and multi-family developments representing buyers, sellers, and
investors for residential, commercial and ranch acreage transactions. She enjoys not only
finding but closing properties with the knowledge that the transaction has enabled clients to
begin building equity investments. When representing a buyer, her goal is to ensure the clients

exit strategy is a gain in equity over time. Sandy has also consulted for several early-stage, real-
estate start-ups offering her expertise in building teams, best practices, and knowledge of the

productivity habits of high producing agents.
In addition to real estate, Sandy works and volunteers time in the community with various
organizations. She has held leadership positions with some incredible community charities and
organizations, such as March of Dimes, Women’s Real Estate Council, Junior League of Austin,
Any Baby Can, PTO/PTA leadership roles in the Lake Travis ISD, Austin Rodeo, Coats for Kids,
Fire Fighter/First Responder service organizations, among other community projects.
Sandy raised her two grown, beautiful children in the Austin area. She is an avid Texas Longhorn
fan, and enjoys all things water-related - fishing, boating, kayaking, and paddle boarding. In
addition, you can usually find her behind a microphone singing karaoke, country dancing or
listening to live music.
